How to Order
- On some items, you can use our secure online shopping cart and checkout with your credit card via PayPal. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be added before you finalize the order. Its fast, secure, and reliable (and you don't have to have a PayPal account).
- If you prefer to handle business with a live person, you're welcome to call us toll-free at 866-562-3357, 7:00 am - 9:00 pm Central Time, Monday - Saturday. We'll be happy to take your order and payment information right over the phone.
We can only take orders from the United States (lower 48 only - our apologies to Alaska and Hawaii).
Terms of Sale
Please allow two weeks for your order to be processed and delivered. Orders for all items except honey will be shipped via USPS.
Packaged Bees and Queens
Availability of packaged bees and queens is seasonal. Queens usually are ready for shipment on or about the first of March, and packaged bees on or about the first of April. Advance orders are welcome.
We make every effort to see that the bees you order arrive in good condition. However, we can't guarantee live delivery. All packaged bees and queens are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and are insured. Should your bees not survive shipment, file a claim immediately with the USPS (see the Insurance Claims section of the USPS web site). We will provide you with any assistance that we can in filing your claim. As per USPS instructions, you should not attempt to return packages on which you plan to make a claim.
Since every shipment is insured, refunds will not be given after the bees have shipped. So, please make sure that you are prepared to accept the bees before placing an order.
Honey Orders
Terms on honey orders (cases or drums) are FOB Origin. Edward Norman Apiaries will have the items available for pickup at the business site at 121 Honeycomb Lane, Ramer, Alabama, 36069. Please call to arrange a time for pickup.
